• All prices are per person per night
• A discount of 10% off the standard accommodation rate applies to stays of seven nights or more.

Winter time
We are usually closed during December, opening again just after Christmas; we are open from January onwards, and Pepper House is a great place to get cosy in the quiet winter time! |

Special Conditions
• We do not take credit or debit cards so ask for payment by cheque or cash.
• We do not take children under eight years of age; over that age they are welcome and are accommodated in their own separate room(s) at full rates – we do not have family rooms.
• We do not take pets.
• New arrivals welcome AFTER 4.00pm

Deposits
We ask for a deposit (minimum of £20 per room) to confirm advanced bookings. In the case of late cancellation, this is not refundable unless we are able to re-let the room. At busy times we may ask for one night's accommodation per room to be paid in advance, which is not refundable.
