| Below you will see our standard tariff. Our evening meal must be pre-booked; we normally serve two-course dinners at 8.00 pm in the summertime, and 7.30pm in the winter months. By request we offer three-course meals in winter. |

Please Note:
• All prices are per person per night
• A discount of 10% off the standard accommodation rate applies to stays of seven nights or more.

Special Breaks
During the winter months, excluding Christmas, New Year and Easter holidays, for two people sharing a room, we offer three night’s accommodation for the price of two. Ask us for the dates of applicability of this offer. |

Special Conditions
• We do not take credit or debit cards so ask for payment by cheque or cash.
• We do not take children under eight years of age; over that age they are welcome and are accommodated in their own separate room(s) at full rates – we do not have family rooms.
• We do not take pets. |

Deposits
We ask for a deposit (minimum of £20 per room) to confirm advanced bookings. In the case of late cancellation, this is not refundable unless we are able to re-let the room. Cheques should be made payable to P Townsend and addressed to Pepper House, Satterthwaite, Cumbria LA12 8LS |
